TRIAD is a family owned firm – we commit our own capital and invite other investors to join us – our values remain consistent and true.
TRIAD is headquartered in Lake Forest, just north of Chicago. Our two partners have over sixty years of experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, and company operations. We invest our own capital in all of our companies, and augment our capital with participation from selected co-investors, senior executives we have partnered with over the years, and, as needed, from one or more private equity funds we have worked with for decades.
TRIAD’s investment focus and strategy have been consistent and highly successful for over twenty years.
